Organza top

Along with the silver trousers, Jim asked if I could recreate this top;

It was to be made from black organza. Initially I thought it was a single layer of organza, but it's actually four layers sewn together. I set about making a pattern for the front and the back and then pinning this onto Jim to check that the fit is OK

Once all the pieces were cut out, the edges were pressed in and then sewn, pressed again. The four pieces for the front were sewn together and the same for the back. They were then joined together at the shoulder, one side with velcro to make it easy to get on. One final press and then it was good to go.
