The overlocker has broke again

I've only just had the machine back after getting it fixed, and the first time I properly use it, it stops working again. I really can't believe it. Same issue as before, the upper and lower looper hit each other and fail to form a stitch.

I've now had enough of this machine. I don't believe it's a new machine, but a re-conditioned one, although the British Sewing Centre advertises it as new. If you are looking for a new machine, DO NOT buy from this place. They are a shame of a place, and I wish I had read some reviews of the company before I bought it as there are numerous negative reviews of the company. Their rating on Trustpilot is one out of five, and there are numerous comments about bad customer service. Wish me luck in trying to get my money back!

This couldn't come at a worse time, as i'm making two dresses for Christmas, and really need the overlocker. So, I've bitten the bullet and ordered another machine, from a different company. Hopefully in the next couple of days I should receive the Pfaff Hobbylock 2.0, ordered from Sewing Machines Direct . Their rating is five out of five on Trustpilot, so i'm a little more hopeful. I just hope I can get my money back from the British Sewing Centre!
